The new OCH building is a 19 Storey high building comprising of 547 bed Community Hospital, Rehabilitation Clinics, Campus Logistics Centre (CLC), Administration Offices and public car parking. It is highly accessible from main roads which serves as an important way-finding strategy for different users. “Campus Plaza” at ground level forms the central heart of the new campus, houses a variety of public spaces for interaction between patients, staff and the community at large.

Mount Alvernia Hospital is a private missionary general hospital delivering compassionate and patient-centered care in a wide range of specialty areas. Our proposed Masterplan and expansion works for MAH has significantly increased the land utilization and free up land for future development. The new masterplan projected to increase the facility to a 500 bed hospital fully equipped with modern facilities including 16 Operating Theatres and 100 Consulting Suites. The expansion was designed and built without impacting the daily operation of the hospital complex.

St. Anne’s Mother & Child Wing, slated for completion in 2021, will be the newest addition at Mt Alvernia Hospital Campus (Singapore’s only Catholic-Ethos Hospital ). It offers Family Care-Centric Acute Hospital state-of-the-art facilities to 88 Single Bed Wards. It incorporates a comprehensive suit of Accident-Emergency, Diagnostic Imaging, High Dependecy and Intensive Care Units, Cardio Vascular Treatment and Elder Care Rehab options, with full service connectivity to facilities of the existing campus.
The new wing will also create a pleasant “Court Yard/ Plaza” effect. With its humanistic architectural scale. It will serve as a very friendly and welcoming space, an integral part of the Catholic-Ethos that Mount Alvernia Hospital is famous for. This brand of caring pastoral healthcare was started by the founders, Order of the Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood and till today is embodied in the mission statement of the hospital.

Myanmar Hospital, a proposed Patient-Centric Hassle-free Garden of Care has been designed to provide patients with ideal experiences in a relaxing and friendly environment. The design creates innovative experiences that provide patients with enhanced clinical outcomes while supporting families and friends. The hospital had been designed with the emphasis for better patient, visitor and staff experience and medical outcome.
Sporadic Courtyards at the podium and upper levels allow light and create clear way-finding opportunities. The phasing plan for the design caters for future proofing of additional ward floors and an Oncology Department Area that considered future construction to minimize disturbances to the hospital.
The Brunei National Cancer Centre and The Brunei Neuroscience Stroke Rehabilitation Centre at Jerudong Park is a state-of-the-art cancer center and a neuroscience stroke rehabilitation centre that addresses the human spirit, treat patients and support their families. The design of the complex has incorporated the beautiful South China Ocean view into the patient, family, staff and physicians’ experience. The nature element has form part of the sustainable and evidence based design attributes of the development and a unique landmark within Jerudong Park. The design of this development is based on 3Rs “Retreat, Relax and Rejuvenate” theme. The state-of-the-art architecture has delivered a new catalyst for medical development and provide a new chapter for Brunei Healthcare System.
2012 – BCA Green Mark Platinum (Provisional) Award
A flagship clinical facility for a global pharmaceutical company, Eli Lilly and Company. Located in Singapore’s top research and technology town Biopolis, the facility is complete with mixed-configuration study rooms totalling to 50 beds, Laboratory and Pharmaceutical Cleanroom. The FDA-certified Pharmaceutical Cleanroom meets the highest CGMP standard – being licensed for the testing and manufacturing of drug products.
Facilitating skin care into the 21st century, National Skin Centre Complex involves creating a new 11-Storey Wing (to serve expansion needs of the population) while complementing the existing 5-Storey building that will also be upgraded. To be executed in phases in decanting scenarios to minimize disruption to on-going operation, the final complex will house Treatment, Training, Consultation and Administrative Facilities, all in a modern compact architecture. It will also house the Head Quarters of the National Healthcare Group. Note worthy is the energy-efficient, no-frills but nonetheless architectural beautiful facade; just the way good skin should be!
